An Informal Survey of Power Mems

This paper briefly and informally reviews the rapidly growing field of Power MEMS. This term now broadly refers to microsystems designed to produce power or mechanical work. Ongoing research includes heat engines, mechanical-to-electrical-energy conversion devices, and propulsion engines.
